Welcome to our neighborhood

Demory Farm was founded in 2005 and is complete with 73 homes and a diverse group of residents. The development was named after the farmland it was built on. 

We rely on our volunteers to help organize events and serve on our board of directors. Multiple events are held annually.

We are proud to offer several amenities to our residents, including a walking path, covered bus shelter, and outdoor community space with picnic tables.
